Our Mazak multi-tasking lathes allow us to CNC Multi-Task machine complete complicated and tightly tolerance parts from bar stock or sawn slugs. Cross-drilling and tapping, milling, thread milling and eccentric shapes can all be done in one sequence resulting in better efficiency and higher quality.

We can CNC Multi-Task machine diameters up to 8” and up to 9” long.

With our gantry robot loaded Mazaks we can finish screw machine blanks and combine the high speed of a multiple spindle screw machine with the precision and ability to machine complex shapes of the Mazaks at the best cost.
